Actuarial Academic Education

There are a number of educational institutions offering actuarial science and related academic programmes. Each institution may adopt part of the syllabus and examination structure of a particular actuarial professional qualification. 

 

Graduation from the actuarial science degree programme does not imply that one has gained an overseas professional qualification or the ASHK Certificate. A graduate may be granted exemptions from some of the professional examinations if he/she has passed the relevant university examinations with sufficiently high grades.

 

Students can start taking the ASHK Certificate while at university and complete the remaining professional examinations while working.
