Early bird registration and payment must be received by 27 November 2009.  Regular registration and payment must be received by 20 December 2009.  An email confirmation of registration will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to a HK$200 administrative charge.   There will be no refunds for cancellation advised after 8 January 2010.  Substitutions will be allowed – please advise of changes in advance.
