Registration Fee(s)
Registration fee should be paid on or before 1 January 1970. All cancellations should be made by contacting the ASHK Office at (852) 2147 9420. No refunds will be made for cancellation after 1 January 1970. The ASHK reserves the right to cancel the event if conditions warrant. In the event of such cancellation, registration fees will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any airfares and hotel penalties that a delegate may incur due to cancellation. You will be charged the full amount if you register, but do not attend the event.
